Very bad experience and very unprofessional. I recently sort of started dating an associate there who talked me into leaving my current dentist to their practice. I told her I am very cautious of dentists because many try to upsell you for procedures you don’t always need. She said she’ll make sure this doesn’t happen to me and was very familiar of what I was saying. So I left my original dentist and had an appointment set for last Tuesday at 3. We broke up on the Sunday before, nothing major,typical petty “stuff”. So on her own, I found out she canceled my appointment without even telling me. I have communications to prove this. So I call the Manager to explain how wrong that was that she or someone else canceled my appt.without even telling me. She said I think it would be better if you went somewhere else, trying to deny I had an appointment, which I did. I explained to her, it’s ok I get it could be uncomfortable, but I would be more than happy to see one of their other 2 hygienists or go on one of the Xs days off. She said the same thing that I should go somewhere else. So I asked her if she could have the owner call me? Her reply was why do you need to talk to the owner? I said because the office you manage handled this issue awfully.
She said ok,I’ll have the owner call you. Well that was a week ago and still no call back, awful.

I had my first appointment at Mckee Dental today and was very impressed! Christina was a great hygienist and was very friendly and talkative which made me feel comfortable. Dr. Wang did a thorough evaluation, discussed with me the issues she was seeing, and came up with a game plan to address things that needed to be addressed. She was also honest about what things were a priority and what things we could wait and watch, which I appreciated because it made me trust that the things she said are important are actually important. Overall, the experience was great and I would highly recommend Mckee Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I have been a patient at McKee Dental for the past sixteen years. The office is inviting, comfortable and immaculate. The office staff are friendly and professional.
I recently received my semi annual cleaning and check up. My procedure including dental X-rays was completed leaving me with the feeling that I came to the right place. The doctor examining me was pleasant , as was the hygienist, professional and thorough.
McKee dental is highly recommended by me for any and all dental needs, I am confident that they will have the patient saying I love my dental practice.
