I had a severe tooth pain on a saturday and I called them, the receptionist was super friendly and was speaking to me in english, advised me to come immediately even though they were closinh in 2 hours. When I arrived, everything was perfect. The receptionist very professionally took all the data quickly and advised me to go upstairs and wait for the doctor. I didn’t wait for more than 10 mins and then I met the doctor and assistant they were veery professional, did xray and filling to my tooth and finished everything in less than an hour. Everything was covered in the health insurance and everything was really very professional.
They saved me today and they really deserve a 5 stars and more!

I had part of an old filling fall out on a Friday night. I was worried I’d have to wait until Wednesday for an emergency appointment at my normal dentist, but on Saturday I saw Medico Potsdamer Platz was open and gave them a call. They were only taking walk-in appointments, so I went in and there was just one person ahead of me.

The dentist, dental assistant, and receptionist were all friendly and informative. My missing filling was quickly replaced and I was out the door within 45 minutes.

Thank you for providing this service on the weekend. You saved me from not being able to eat normally for 4 days.

Experienced horrible tooth pain and few sleepless nights over the weekend. Went to the clinic on Sunday morning around the opening. Registration was smooth and took around 10 minutes. Another 10 minutes later dentist assistant did first screening and an took x-ray. 1hour later left I left the clinic after root canal treatment and temporary filling.
