I had the same dentist until my mid twenties. He was awesome. A great friend and a great dentist. Since then, I’ve moved around a lot for work and sadly, had to find new dentists with each move. I wouldn’t say any were actually bad, but I don’t feel like I was getting the kind of attention I got from my first dentist. Conversely, my experience with Dr. Medhat and his coworkers was great, on par with my first dentist. I came to Dr. Medhat’s office with a small problem and feel like they addressed it with a competency and concern I haven’t seen since my mid twenties. The office is clean and pleasant. I’ve had only one appointment so far, but I am more pleasantly impressed with that appointment than I have been by decades of appointments with many other dental organizations. I no longer have to relocate periodically for work so this is the dentist I plan to stay with.

I had in-office teeth whitening done today. The entire procedure took less than 1 hour, and every step was kindly explained so I had no surprise. All the staff and Dr. Medhat were friendly and made me feel welcomed. Some of my questions about after care & next whitening steps were not initially addressed, but when I asked they explained nicely. I’m happy with the first whitening appointment and considering to switch the dentist for regular cleaning/examination as well.
