Really annoying checkin process. Touchscreen that didn’t react to half the numbers I pressed; then it told me to go to Room No. 2……..but when I went upstairs I noticed there are no numbers on the rooms. I told somebody I needed Room No. 2, so she sent me back downstairs. Waited there for a while until somebody told me to go back upstairs to a different room, because the first woman “didn’t know which dentist you were looking for.” No, but she knew what room I was looking for, which is what the system had told me.
Treatment was fine once I made it through the horrible user journey to get there…but guess which part I’m going to remember?

One of the best dental clinics in Poland with Top new standard. Excellent doctors and medical team and very kind staff, with especil thanks to the clients relations manager Martyna Golota. All are speaking English and are very helpful. It’s a 5 star medical clinic first of its kind in the entire region . I Fully recommend it. Congratulations to Medicover for this great achievement
Worst customer service ever. Lost 2 hours commuting back and forth b/c they were unable to manage their own calendar entries. Then they tried to blame it on the doctor which was pathetic. Finally admitted mismanaged calendar entries and offered… apologies. All in all skilful doctors, miserable management.
