My first impression was great, good service, helpful staff.
However, I had a tooth infection and I was prescribed antibiotics for the treatment, and after repeatedly contacting the office about my toothache getting worse and worse each day after taking the medication, I was brushed off by saying that I just have to keep taking the same antibiotics.
By the 4th day, I couldn’t even talk, the pain was unbearable.
I was told by the doctor that there is no other medicine to treat the infection, so I went to Semiahmoo Dental and saw a dentist there.
She prescribed a different antibiotic and within a day I was feeling better and I finally got rid of the infection.
I haven’t heard back from Meraki Dental, no questions, no follow up.
Very disappointed.
