Leaving this practice after 20+ years. This is the second time my appointment has been adjusted by this office for a different time than when I made the appointment. Further, I have texts, emails, and voice mails confirming my appointment date and time that are in correlation with the date and time for which I made the appointment, only to be told by the receptionist that my appointment was at another time. The first time this happened, I was annoyed, but willinglly made another appointment for a later date and time. That rescheduled appointment has now been moved by the office without informing me of the change. This is not acceptable. I understand that appointment times are important for effective and efficient time management at a busy dental practice. As a full time employee , who works in the medical field and who makes appointments that do not conflict with their work schedule, my time is also important.
It was a pleasure to meet Dr Enea Pavliqoti. He exhibited such a nice disposition when I met him and I instantly comfortable with him . The respect that everyone has for him in the office creates a beautiful atmosphere which I noticed right away. He is very well liked . I will certainly refer him to my friends and family! .
Dr. Enea was amazing! Rebeca was amazing and the overall staff was amazing and kind the front desk staff Henny was amazing quickly got me in for my appointment and set me up for my next three appointments! The staff is kind, reassuring and very gentle for someone that has Dental anxiety they were very comforting!
