I came to a temporary office but thought the staff did a great job of making me feel like nothing was different from the normal comfortable place.
I was seated as soon as I arrived and the cleaning was done efficiently as were the X-rays. I received some great tips about continuing maintenance.
Dr. Payne was friendly as always and made sure everything went smoothly. He assured me that he’ll consult with the periodontist regarding my brace.
Beyond everyone’s professionalism Dr. Payne creates a great environment with a very comfortable and friendly vibe and everyone makes sure that you feel relaxed.
Dr. Payne is the BEST! He’s super personable, really kind, but also very informative about your dental health, and all options for your specific dental needs. He lets you know what plan would be best for your goals, regarding both health and cosmetics. He and every member of his team are incredibly warm, friendly, efficient, and thorough with customer service, scheduling, cleanings, and whatever else you may need. I never have anxiety about coming to the dentist at Dr. Payne’s office because the vibes are immaculate. Definitely recommend for your next dental visit!
Everyone at Dr. Payne’s office is super nice, friendly, attentive, and hardworking. Customer service is always amazing. They are efficient and on time, I’m never sitting too long after I check in for my appointments which I greatly appreciate!
Dr. Payne is amazing! Best dentist I ever had. He’s super knowledgeable and personable. I used to be afraid to go to the dentist practically all my life until I started with Dr. Payne. Now, I don’t mind it and secretly look forward to it a little bit LOL.
10/10 highly recommend!
