My mother has been having eye issues which the doctor himself stated that this could be signs of a hemorrhage stroke. Every time my mom comes in there is never an appointment when stated that there is. Whenever my mom tries to relay a message it is never documented. I have reached out to the health department about this issue and the staff about this clinic. this is a life that we are talking about or even losing an eye. if anything is still having my mother, I will hold people accountable for. She has not been discharged by this clinic or has treated staff poorly. Staff here really does not care about people nor will relay anything to the doctor. As a healthcare worker myself, if I only could take her to the clinic, I work at i sincerely would with all my heart. Minorities matter too and as much as his clinic states that they will treat everyone they do not. On top of that if you do not show up to your appointments, they will charge you. Should we also charge them for not making an appointment for my mother? Jennifer never made the appt. If you have any complaints, it is best that you contact your health dept about these issues. At this point they should be investigated as they are failing to provide services.

My family has been going to midtown for as long as I can remember. It’s been going down hill especially with the service. I’ve been trying for over a year to go and get tests done at my local hospital. I’ve had to do the financial aid intake, the first time it went through and the only available appointment the hospital had was 6 months in advance. I was willing to wait. The voucher expired because we had to reschedule and and I was told I needed to do another intake for a new voucher. I had an appointment last weekend with financial aid to get a new voucher. I got to the clinic only to be turned away because the person I had the appointment with “didn’t come back from their meeting yet”. Which is funny because if I were to not show up for the appointment I would be charged with a no show fee. I didn’t get a rescheduling call or anything. I set up another appointment and now they canceled it and want to reschedule again.
It’s really frustrating, I’ve been waiting to get tested for over a year now and now I have to wait even longer.

If you like midtown I suggest to go to the one In Ogden, they have much nicer and friendlier staff.

I got a molar pulled here today and I had a GREAT experience. I have awful dental anxiety and normally get sedated to get any work done but this time it wasn’t in the budget and the dentist did so good at easing my anxiety through the whole process. He kept me very informed the whole time and made sure I was comfortable with what was going on, and comfortable pain wise as well. Him and the nurse were so patient with me and I the end the process was extremely fast and more pleasant than I could have expected.
