I visited this dental office in January of 2023 and hesitated to write a review because I wasn’t sure what to make of them at the time. During the evaluation, I was told that I had two cavities that needed to be addressed. This was surprising to me as in 35 years, I had never had even one cavity and I suddenly had two. They wanted to do the work right away, but I was hesitant and eventually got a second opinion from another dentist. This dentist said that on a visual exam, I had no cavities but sometimes x-rays can turn up other items and that I should reserve judgment. I requested by phone the x-rays that were taken from this dental office and was told they would be sent, but no one ever sent them. This year, I finally got around to getting new x-rays taken, out of pocket because this office never sent mine and I am only covered for every two years. The x-rays and visual examination both confirmed that I had no cavities.

I’m struck with the personal conclusion that this dental office attempted manufacture dental work. No dentist I ever saw before my appointment with them ever found cavities. Two subsequent dentists after have confirmed that I have no cavities. I have heard stories of dentists manufacturing issues to get the billings from them, but I have never wanted to believe that to be true here. Unfortunately, I can’t see another explanation at this time except for perhaps incompetence.

Ultimately, I think it’s important that I write this review so that others are aware. I do not trust these people and I would not recommend them to anyone.

All I can say is that both service quality and personnel are very pleasant and professional! Atmosphere, equipment, cleanliness, and services are top notch. I had a really thorough exam as well as cleaning – so flawlessly done I zoned out and even closed my eyes. What’s also important, there’s no rush, no pressure, only very knowledgeable and helpful staff – from reception to doctors. They helped me sort of my confusing insurance to make sure I stay within my spending limits. They also explain everything they do so you stay in full control, and answer any questions in detail and with passion. I’m beyond happy to have found this place!

Excellent Dental Experience with Spanish-Speaking Staff: My family and I recently had an exceptional experience at Midtown Dental Studio. The fact that they have Spanish-speaking staff was the main reason we chose this place, and we were not disappointed. Natalia and Laura were incredibly helpful, especially with insurance information. I also want to highlight Karina Parra’s support and translation during my wisdom teeth extraction. The doctors who attended us were very professional. The office was clean, modern, and welcoming. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking dental care.
