I highly recommend Dr. Shetty and his team!! I was extremely fearful going in to the office. I have had bad experiences in the past and had put off dental visits as long as I possibly could. I needed major work done (including cosmetic) that was going to take multiple visits. From the moment I walked into the office I was immediately put at ease. The front desk ladies are warm, caring, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Amala was so gentle during my new patient exam and my cleaning. The dental assistant was so kind and friendly and always making sure I was okay and comfortable. Dr. Shetty is one of the kindest people I have ever come across and it made my whole experience not just tolerable but truly comfortable. Dr. Shetty and his staff are not only great at what they do but genuinely good people who listen to your concerns and care about your well being. I still have several visits left before I am done but I don’t dread the thought of them anymore. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking dental work. I was so impressed. Thank you so much Westgage Dental for giving me my smile back!!

Afraid of dental work? Don’t be! This office is friendly. Everyone seems to know your name on your first visit. Gladis and Judy on reception are your first contact and I think they smile while speaking to you on the telephone. I first had my teeth cleaned by Sandra.She was gentle, informative and she found some problems. For the repairs, Dr. Shetty and Wilma worked together and I think they read each others mind as rarely did they have to speak. A TV is available in the room to watch if you wish. Dr. Shetty explained each move he was doing to keep me aware as I am panic sensitive. I didn’t feel the needles! Nothing and that shocked me. This is a modern office, friendly, relaxing if one can relax while having dental work done and his gentle and quiet demeanour sets the tone for his staff.

I loved my visit to the dentist. The Hygienist Linda was wonderful! I have had bad experiences before and she had me completely at ease. She has a gentle touch and my cleaning and assessment was a breeze. Dr. Shetty was fast and efficient. He took the time to explain the work i needed done and why, which helped with my anxiety.
I have had a great deal of work done on my teeth and he was able to explain everything so that it made sense.
The technology used in the office is also top notch! They take photos of your teeth and show you where the problems are. This was great.
Will definitely recommend this office to others.
