This office takes multiple appointments and three months minimum to see a dental hygienist, with my busy work schedule it makes it difficult to be seen or reschedule in a timely manner. When I needed more dental work done, Milani referred me to a specialist. I ended up choosing a different specialist closer to my work, when I came back to Milani dental I was treated with hostility at not going to the specialist they recommended. I was confused at that appointment why they could not / would not do my work that day after seeing me the previous week and knowing my situation or why they even let me make the appointment in the first place. I am extremely frustrated at the lack of communication or understanding on their end that has resulted multiple times in delayed dental work. As a fulltime worker trying to fit the dentist into my schedule this is not the office for me, and I will not be back.

The temporary hygienist who clean my teeth was exceptional. She was good at doing her work and giving me a complete explanation regarding my teeth and receding gum, and how to maintain my teeth clean.

The receptionists; however, surprised me with a $40 bill. She said that it was from a previous visit in October where the insurance didn’t cover some kind of medication. I was extremely upset because prior to getting the procedure in October, I had expressed I would not get the treatment because the insurance didn’t fully cover the procedure and I did not want to have any treatment which would result in out-of-pocket expenses. The office is who told me later on that the insurance now covered it fully. But in the end (7 months later) they managed to stick me with a $40 bill. Extremely upset.

I wanted to like this clinic so badly, but it has gone downhill. Dr. Lee is amazing which is why it’s a disappointment that I have to , yet again, find another dental clinic. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get decent services around here. One day I came in and I know the staff heard me cause I heard them. I said “hello” multiple times and get this…I even called the phone while standing there while still no answer, but I can hear them talking. You guys couldn’t even get me my treatment plan because it’s a new staff AGAIN, along with other issues. I hope Dr. Lee finds another clinic cause I will follow her but you’ve lost a customer. Please get it together for the sake of your patients!
