Went in to get my wisdom teeth removed and my appointment time was changed twice before the date without my consent, when I arrived I expressed my frustration as I live an hour away and was met with a “it’s a busy time of year” then I was given a list of things I should have discussed with the dentist to sign off on and none of those things had been discussed with me prior so I said I wouldn’t sign until after I had these discussions. I was immediately met with hostility from the dentist when I began questioning the list, the lack of prior information and the change in appointment time because it has been very inconvenient for me. The dentist then told me I would not be getting surgery today due to my “elevated stress levels” which would in no way have been elevated had I been informed of all of the changes!! I was then told that I would be refused surgery from Cynthia entirely because she felt attacked during the questioning period. The entire situation was handled incredibly unprofessionally and I will never return and will be finding a new dentist. So if you want to advocate for yourself and ask questions about a surgery that’s being performed ON YOU, this is not the place for you as you’ll be shut down for asking and referred elsewhere. If I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist and a formal complaint will be made.

I was on holiday when suddenly my molar decided to break off.
With advice from friends that live here in the area. I decided to go their dentist.

I’m always nervous for dentists, but they made me feel comfortable, explained what pain I had and they took a look. After the xray they told me the damage I had was close to my nerve. I was lucky that someone dropped out in the afternoon so they could fix it the same day.

In the afternoon I came back and they started freezing the area, when all of a sudden my right side of the jaw decided to get stuck on the right side. With a little massage and a bit of opening and closing the mouth a few times it came loose.
They explained everything they were going to do and were talking so now and then while they’re were busy.

Treatment is done and they did an amazing job! Never felt more comfortable then today in a dentists chair.

Just had my first visit here and am so glad I chose them. Exceptional, friendly service from the front desk to the chair.
The dentist reviewed two of my teeth needing work done. He is doing all he can to save the one by starting with a less invasive option with the hopes that will be enough. He explained everything in terms I could understand and did in a genuine, kind manner.
The front office walked me through what was most to least important with prices and options in how to move forward in a way that worked best for me. I’ve never had such a quality experience or felt so comfortable at a dentist before.
