Mark is an exceptionally conscientious and kind dentist. He is exacting in his work and is not happy until things are prefect. He has saved several of my teeth that would otherwise have ended up as root canals and expensive crowns by using onlays – something he specializes in. I’ve also had a few dental emergencies and I’ve always been able to get to see him and get the issue fixed quickly.

He always takes the time to explain what he is doing, makes sure everything goes smoothly, and that there is never any pain. And, everyone in the office is kind and friendly. I could not be happier or recommend him strongly enough.

He is absolutely amazing as a dentist and as a person. He is both
very caring for his patients and exceptional at his work. I was extremely
fortunate to have him custom make my veneer to fill up the missing
gap when I lost my front tooth after a accident. I did not want to look like a hockey player and Dr. Douglas was mindful enough to work on my tooth as quickly as he could, yet as precise as he always is. My veneer looks wonderful thanks to Dr. Douglas and his talent. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I used to go to the same dentist from early childhood years into my late twenties, before moving to Mimico and finding this office, and was very nervous and anxious to transition to a new dentist. However I am very impressed with their ability to put my nerves at ease, and the high quality service they provide, with a fast turn around time for appointments and follow ups.
