White coat phobia? Scared of dentists? No fear! – she doesn’t wear white! All jokes aside; I was scared, like heart pounding – high blood pressure scared. Immediately was greeted by the Dr herself and right away with just a simple hello and handshake my fear slowly went away as I felt I had her undivided attention.

I felt like she actually cared about me as a person and not just like she had a job to do. It made sense why I had to wait a month for a new patient appointment. Because she is thorough and takes her time with you. I’ve seen hundreds of dentists over my 41 years Dr Mintie is by far the best (hands down)I’ve ever experienced! She explained everything she was going to do and gave me an outline of what to expect and was super gentle and attentive.

She even told me the PH level of my mouth and spent the time teaching me better daily habits that will not only save me money in the short term but how to help keep these pearly whites for years and hopefully decades to come. I’ve had dentist offices treat me well but also I felt like I HAD to spend $$$. NOT with Dr Mintie! She let me know the importance but didn’t make me feel like I’d lose all my teeth overnight if I didn’t spend thousands of dollars right away.

This is a dentist I would travel a couple hours to see. Although, I just had my consultation today I left with literal tears of joy from not only feeling seen, heard, I also trust that Dr Mintie will help me create a healthy happy smile. As she said before I left, “Let me carry that worry.” She was so kind knowing that I had a lot of anxiety regarding dental offices. I’ve had a lot of work done and a lot of phobia. I left actually feeling like I just left a spa. (I know it sounds weird) but I couldn’t compliment this office enough.

This dental office is filled with the most amazing talented people, from the office manager Ashley, the hygienists, assistants and the receptionist, Liz I have only wonderful things to say. These people make me smile and sometimes I’d like to stay long after my appointment ends. I have been a fan of Dr. Kloenne since she took over this practice. I really appreciate her competence, her intelligence, her compassion and how gentle she is with my mouth.
