I had a dental appointment yesterday for cleaning with Michael, an oral exam with Dr. Ilnaz, and interacted with the receptionist Flo. My experience was excellent from start to finish, and I wanted to share it.
Dental Cleaning with Michael:
Michael was fantastic during the cleaning. He was gentle yet thorough, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Michael took the time to explain what he was doing and offered helpful tips for maintaining oral hygiene at home. His friendly and professional approach made the experience pleasant.
Oral Exam with Dr. Ilnaz:
Dr. Ilnaz conducted my oral exam, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her expertise and manner. She was thorough in her examination and took the time to discuss her findings with me. Dr. Ilnaz was attentive to my concerns and provided clear, detailed explanations and recommendations.
Loli attended as well and was helpful with more detailed explanations.
Overall, the team at Mississauga Dental Arts exceeded my expectations. From Flo’s friendly greeting and taking care of my requests, to Michael’s meticulous cleaning and Dr. Ilnaz’s comprehensive exam, I felt well-cared for at every step. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking professional dental care.
Dr. Nejad is truly the best dentist I’ve ever been to! He’s patient and takes the time to explain everything to you in detail. I’m never anxious about cleanings anymore because he’s gentle yet effective. I would not go anywhere else and I’m so happy I found Dr. Nejad ! His assistant is also amazing! The girls at the front desk are also super friendly and very organized. Overall a great dental office and team! I tell everyone who needs a new dentist to go there
Overall, the service is good. However, I feel like they keep pushing me to do an implant, even though what I need is something else. I have to make a 2x app to see the surgent. I feel it’s wasting my time, as nothing has been done. have been promised to get a call back. but 2 weeks has pass by no call, no follow up.
