As someone who deals with extreme dental anxiety I am so thankful to the team at Mississauga family dentistry. Dr. Hashma is so so patient and kind. You can tell she really cares about her patients. She even called me on Friday to check in on me since the long weekend was coming and I was dealing with a lot of pain. I have to say this is above and beyond what I have ever experienced from a dentist and I am extremely grateful. I also had excellent customer service from the receptionist, her name starts with an S (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) she also called me and was very understanding and comforting during a really difficult time for me. I don’t know how to thank them both other than writing this review. It’s often really hard for me to trust any dentist due to my trauma I have had in the past but they both made me feel so safe. I really appreciate you both! Thank you so much for your excellent service and compassion. It did not go unnoticed.
I had a fantastic experience at Mississauga Family Dentistry! Dr. Anum was amazing and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything to me, making sure I was comfortable and understood each step of the process. Donna at the front desk was super helpful as well, assisting me with all my questions and making the check-in process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this dental office for anyone looking for top-notch care and exceptional service. Thank you, Dr. Anum and Donna, for making my visit so pleasant! They also gifted me a whitening kit of my choice 🙂
I have been a patient for many years at this dental office the new Dentist Dr Hashmi, is a very good dentist as she explains every step she is doing and also inquires if you are doing well, which allows me to feel comfortable during the procedure, and also my Hygienist Bethany is also very good about talking you through all the work she is doing she also ask quite often how am I feeling and doing. I would recommend this office to any one that need wonderful service.
