It would be great to see a clock in the waiting area and high rising arm chairs for elderly people so its easy for then to get out of the chair to stand up again!(i know i could benefit from a chairs like this)
Put a tv in the lobby so we have something to do vs just look at walls until everyone is ready to be called back to another room to see a dentist? Dr Mohammed parvez is the warm and friendly preson that I have ever ment at the 7th and Mitchell dental clinic. .Dr parvez is a very nice person and he makes me feel comfortable while im in the dentist chair.

I still think the waiting area needs everyone to take a number like u do in a bakery shop so ur called in on time for your appointment?

I would not leave this office for any other office. Cause i likes how dr parvez make me feel comfortable while he’s working on my teeth. It’s hard for me to feel comfortable in a dental chair ! And have that dr patient relationship with
Who can make u feel comfortable in a chair to have ur teeth worked out like dr parvez does with me on 7-17-2024
And many other times as well

This place is one of the most rude as unprofessional dentist office I have ever been to. I had an appointment for me and my son last weand stayed.Let me get there for over 45 minutes.Past our appointment, then we’ll get put into the room.We get told that they overbooked and didn’t have enough rooms for us individually. So they had to put us in the same room which is not that big of a deal But the protocol for a sanitation in between me and my son was non Existing.
I have worked in private health care for over six years and in health care Facilities. So I’ve seen some bad care. In my professional career but this is amazing how low the bar is set for these people. They can’t even make the appointment correctly.
Dr. Fink, my family dentist retired. I am grateful to God, such a blessing that this group of men of Mitchell Street Dental came together to pick up the business. They and staff always exhibit kindness, understanding, dedication, and professionalism. I’m always happy with my teeth when I leave. As a result, referred many people to them. Working together for oral hygiene is a win-win for all!!!
