I’ve been with MJ Warren since my first teeth started to come through, and the Dentist I had between 1994 – 2013 was brilliant! In 2018 I went back for a check up completely new dentist (The one I originally saw had gone private or retired can’t remember) This new one barely checked, said come back in a year. Went back the year after said I needed a filling. So I had the filling. Since the filling I’ve had nothing but PAIN. Told them about it said let it settle for 6 months. I was still in pain 6 months later. Said might of hit and nerve and needed root canal treatment. Said I needed an appointment but had no NHS dentist no more. I waited until 2023 for them to tell me they will not be having any more NHS dentist but if I pay for denplan now I can see an NHS dentist for one last time. To which I said no and started looking for a new dentist. I finally found an NHS dentist and they’re AMAZING the reason I’ve been having pain in that filling is because the dentist at Warren’s didn’t take all the decay out. So I’ve had a filling over the decay since 2019 until last week. And now I have no pain!!!!
I’M APPALLED AT HOW WARREN’S TREATED ME!!! I’ll never go back!
My whole family have now changed from Warren’s! As the NHS dentist in 2019 even butchered my Mom’s tooth and in the end had to have it taken out.
Good luck to anyone now, Warren’s don’t care for the patients only the money!

I don’t think I’ve ever felt more looked after at a dental appointment. I was terrified as I needed a filling but the dentist was so lovely, talked through my concerns, reassured me, and used informed consent throughout the whole process. I became a little woozy in the waiting room after my procedure, and the receptionist was so caring and thoughtful, checking in on me and providing me with glucose tablets to perk me up a bit. She even walked me down the stairs to make sure I was okay. Having a filling is never the most fun day of your life but these guys sure do make it easier. Thank you so much!

I have just recently moved to Stourbridge and searched on line for a dentist, I read the reviews for MJ Warren and phoned them for a emergency appointment, i got in the same day. I am a very nervous patient and they all made me feel at ease, he explained every step of the way what he was doing and his assistant was great as I squeezed her hand so tight. I have not had a tooth out since I was about 10, at least I know what to expect if it happens again and who to visit. Thank you so much
