I’m writing this review due to my experience with Baniyas Medical Centre and Dental Clinic and specifically Dr. Imad. Dr. Imad was supposed to assist with my dental care and help me with this journey. I had paid him and he said he will call me to give me details and he never did. After I reached him again he once again said he will find out information and call me back and once again he did not do that. He provided me with no information or guidance and essentially just stole my money. I would strongly advise anyone who is looking for dental care to steer away from this centre as Dr. Imad is clearly someone who only cares about money rather than patient care.

Baniyas Medical Center and Dental Clinic in Abu Dhabi provides excellent dental care.The staff is professional,well mannered and friendly.The clinic is well maintained,very clean and tidy place.The dentists and Nurses are knowledgeable and ensure a comfortable experience for patients.Handling with care and very gentle in child and elderly’s oral care and to evryone (my family member).I Highly recommend Baniyas Medical Clinic to people who needs dental care.Me and my family have a great experience in this clinic.I appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to oral health.Overall,a reliable choice for dental services in Baniyas.

The Doctors are an excellent dentist with patient needs at the forefront of his care. They are diligent and thorough in there process. However; administration is lacking performance. Getting an appointment is challenging and call backs are not followed through consistently. Had to look for other clinic. Very disaponted.

I could see there is in improvment and with that I’m satisfied.
