I came to visit Dr. Fatima Hanan on 30th Jan 2024 at 5 P.M. and the receptionist asked me to wait as she told me that doctor will start her duty by 5.30. I waited till 5.30 pm and since no one called me then I approach the receptionist and then she said that she will call me. By that time she already registered the patient and she gave me the second token. If you are not able to provide the token on time, then please note down the patient details and call the patients based on the visit time. I believe the management will look into this and attaching the token here. Also the receptionist was not on uniform and I believe that she is new and she accompanied by a senior staff as that staff was on uniform.
