Apparently I changed my insurance from PPO to HMO and wasn’t aware about it. You would think that they verify insurance info when they call/text you several times to either make/confirm your appointment to increase their bottom line. Rather than giving me options about a cleaning I had scheduled this morning, while I was there, they just said that they don’t take my insurance and oh well. Only further affirming that dentists care more about the insurance and what they can charge them rather than providing options and care.

I appreciate Dr. Dani sitting down with me and discussing the results of my X-rays from my consultation with another specialist. She shared her expertise and walked me through the next steps in my process and the shared what she believed the best route would be for me to take and the estimated timelines for my healing. I left her office with a sense of peace and calmness and a solid plan. I am thankful for Dr. Dani’s patience, kindness, and empathy.

I would give higher than a 5 if i could. Came in because a dentist known to scam said I had cavities, they confirmed and was able to fill them the same day. They were comforting and helped ease my dental phobia until I was ready for the procedure. I was there without insurance and the cost of my fillings was less than the previous place WITH insurance. I will be coming here regularly from now on and making my family come here as well.
