Absolutely love Dr. Ponce office, have been going for years. Never have I had a bad experience.The staff are so sweet, patient, helpful, caring, gentle, understand, knowledgeable, and so professional. My absolute favorite staff member hands down is Holly.
My family and I have been patients here for a few years now. I love that they have Saturday and walk-in appointments available. Shanice Is the best very personable and always remembers my children by name. She is the reason I continue to be a patient.
Dr. Brian was amazing. Extremely informative and kind.
Sammy was amazing as well, she very enthusiastic about her work and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Will definitely be coming back again.
