It was my first visit to Moore Smiles. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodate my need for checking in. My hygienist was Ms. Autumn. She took her time to explain details to me what she was doing each time she moved on to next step of cleaning etc. I have never had an hygienist who explained to me with such knowledge on teeth and gum etc Also she made sure that I would not be scared of new findings through X-rays. I have weak teeth and dental office is the one place where I want to avoid if I can. Ms. Autumn made my visit very pleasant and I really enjoyed time with her. Dr. Christy was very thorough with her findings and assured me that she and her staff would take care of me since I had teeth that need root canal to be done in the future. No one wants to hear about a future treatment plan but I knew in my heart that they were truly taking care of my teeth!! I am very thankful for Dr. Christy, Ms. Autumn and all of the staff who interacted with me with such kindness and smiles.

I have very severe anxiety when it comes to anything dental. I’ve visited a few dental offices trying to find the right fit for me during the past couple of years with no luck. I had my new patient appointment with Autumn and Dr. Moore yesterday and they made me feel completely at ease. I’m actually looking forward to planning and getting my much needed procedures done as well as maintaining routine care with them going forward.

Moore Smiles is outstanding. Probably the best dentistry experience ever. All of the staff are super friendly, caring, and compassionate. Autumn is a fantastic hygienist in every aspect. Dr. Moore is super friendly and thorough. I never thought I’d say this because I’m not a fan of receiving dental work but I will look forward to going in every six months for my cleanings, they’re simply that good!
