Their employees are really friendly and I love them but… their was is originally 2 people at are like the boss Dr. Hydra and someone else. Dr Hydra was the one doing my braces and other stuff but in the middle of my treatment she quit and me and my family were not informed about this and the other guy (idk his name) started doing my treatment without my me or my family knowing. Me A MINOR was treated by a grown man without even knowing. And when my mom ended the treatment. We found out the problem Dr Hydra tried to solve and he took over was never fixed. Almost 8,000 wasted.
This was my daughter’s first visit, and I must say everyone was very polite. They explained everything to me about the whole process. The nurse was very friendly and the doctor made sure she checked my child’s mouth step by step. They followed every protocol for the safety of their patients regarding Covid-19. I would recommend their services to everyone. I’m glad I was recommended to them and look forward to becoming a life long client.
Morris and Taylor were my orthodontist back in the 90’s and now are taking care of my daughter nearly 30 years later. My experience as a patient was amazing, and now as a parent has been very welcoming and enjoyable! They are very up-front about everything (needs, cost, payment, etc.) and will answer any questions you may have! I would recommend them to anyone!
