WOULD 100 % RECCOMEND HERE!

Erin (hygenist) was awesome. She has great vibes, super genuine and great at her job!
It was my first visit with her, she made me feel super comfortable even though I am a big stresscase with my teeth (I have super sensitive teeth). I deeply appreciated how patient and gentle she was with me. She took the time to read my file ahead of time and asked me questions about my health. My teeth feel awesome.

Would 100% see her again and reccomend her to anyone!

(Cara also for the win! Honestly though, you can’t go wrong with anyone there)

Dr. Hartlooper was king as always, legit BEST DENTIST EVER!
Seriously, I always 100% reccomend him.

He is very charismatic (a perfect balance of competent and warm). He has a way of making you feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. He always remembers me and is very genuine in his interactions. I 100 trust him and his reccomendations.

(Shout out to Lilly too, you rock!)

The WHOLE clinic is always a pleasure to interact with, I haven’t had an unpleasant experience, not even once. They all always go above and beyond, and I am super grateful for all of you!

This is huge because I’ve often had big struggles with dentists and my teeth, as I know that I require a little more patience and TLC with my sensitive teeth and gums.
I have felt safe and comfortable from the moment I first set foot in the MVD office.
I’ve been going there for a few years now and will commute if I ever move!

I also truly appreciated how hard the front staff worked to get me in for a shorter notice appointment this time, so that I could have a cleaning and check up before I had to go through cancer treatment. I couldn’t book sooner as i was waiting for my health to improve enough to try to make it before I had to go through radiation.

I am grateful for the patience and persistence of everyone who called every time a spot came up, and then when I couldn’t make it (uni schedule conflict) they never once made me feel bad, AND, they never got frustrated or gave up – they kept trying until we finally found a time.

You guys rock my world, seriously huge shout out to the whole team. The world needs more people like you. Gold Stars for everyone!

Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart.

I don’t even know where to start. I haven’t seen a dentist in X amount of years (way too many to admit, only the dentist knows the real number. Lol) – I had no idea where to start looking for a new dentist. So, as anyone with internet does, I turned to Google.

I chose this dental centre solely based on all the kind reviews they have. I was embarrassed at the condition of my teeth and gums, and I didn’t want to feel judged in any way. I’m also not a fan of pain. My last dentist, who I had while I was growing up and into my adult life retired but I DREADED going there because I’d always leave my appointments crying from the pain. The people who took over the business afterwards were just as bad, so I just stopped going.

Fast forward to meeting the hygienist at Mountainview, Erin, who is seriously the most compassionate person I have ever met. She understood everything I was feeling and talked me through everything that would happen. She is so gentle. She keeps the mood light, and we laugh, and i stay distracted from what shes doing in my mouth. I swear, I’ve never had such a pain-free experience at the dentist in all my 32 years of life. And any pain that I did react to, Erin took the time to explain what those feelings were, which helped me get over my fear of the pain.

I’m not even 50% of the way through my mouth rejuvenation with Erin, but the results this far are spectacular. I’m not scared to open my mouth in the mirror anymore and my confidence is already improving. So thank you, Erin!

Also shout out to literally everyone else I’ve interacted with. From the folks at reception to whomever is calling me and getting my appointments booked, and to the folks who did my new patient exam.

I could go on and on. I can’t recommend the people here enough!

It was all good for 3 years till it wasn’t anymore.
Dr. Hartloper was my dentist for these 3 years and it was all great. I was happy with his care. He is knowledgeable and great with patients.
Come 2024, I needed a root canal and Dr. Hartloper was out on vacation. I was assigned another dentist. It started with her being 30 min late, then it was followed by numbing me and disappearing for another 20-30 min. I was left alone: No suction and already with that blue plastic on my mouth. Her assistant started to get very apologetic as every time I asked she said the dentist would be with me in 5 minutes. 90 minutes after my appointment was supposed to have started I was still there, mouth opened, numbed and the dentist nowhere to be seen. I decided I had enough and left. The assistant was extremely nice but couldn’t do anything.
My guess is that the dentist was double booked.

I left, numbed, with no apologies from the dentist. Obviously I decided to change to another dentist clinic. My new dentist asked for my x-rays for a week: no response. It took 8 calls including one from myself to get the x-rays. Something that usually takes someone less than a minute to do, took us 1 week.

I hope this was an isolated event. But I have to say I expected at least an apology from the clinic.

The receptionist that has been there since the clinic opened apparently, is very annoying.
