Signed up after recently moving to Bedford, had an appointment pretty much available right away. The receptionist was amazing so warm, welcoming kind and helpful HOWEVER, the dentist allocated to me was not so pleasant! At the time of my visit I have just given birth to my first child my teeth has majorly suffered the pregnancy few of my teeth snapped in half even more had holes bigger than I could imagine. I politely asked to fix those as they hurt a lot and my gums bleed every time I brush them. The dentist looked at my new born and said if it doesn’t hurt atm we won’t do anything about it! And crowns will take too long on NHS.
I have felt so dismissed it almost felt like he knew that since I’m with a new born I will not pay for the treatments he didn’t want to do them. He was also very cold and carried on mumbling under his breath. I have another appointment in September and I will request for all of it to be done as I’m entitled to it and if he dismisses me again I will register else where because I’m 31 years of age always paid for all my treatments and now that I needed help they refused because it didn’t hurt at that particular moment ? Yes it didn’t because 3 days ago I eaten more painkillers than I should have. I have struggled through out the pregnancy really badly. I will give the doctor one more chance but then I’m gone and will not recommend the practice.

Very friendly staff and was seen very quickly even though I wasn’t yet registered with them. Very pleased with the treatment I received.
