They put patients on very long and unrealistic waiting lists even though the place is always empty.
To take appointment to put braces is a nightmare. Also no followup appointments are given for braces which result in my gums getting swollen and the appliance broken. Dr alaa alali and dr amna shamsi the orthodontists there do not deal with patients in a professional manner at all. They are very arrogant and in a rush and will not listen to the patient or his concerns. I stopped going there and a lot of people i know also received wrong treatment and did not continue their braces with them. Do not waste your time there for you or your children.

First of all, I would like to thank the respected Dr. Widad salem for her good treatment. Secondly, her style is very beautiful with the patient and with people, and her treatment is classy and good. Thirdly, the results of the treatment she provideds is very effective. There is a good positive result in her service for treatment. Fourthly, Dr. Widad is one of the medical staff who served a lot of treatment, whether orthodontic or others, and evaluated it above the evaluation for me, And I wish her all the best and success.
