I went to get (im) injection
first the nurse took the medication package, took out the ampule and throw the package in the garbage and didn’t notice that the package contain another ampules! so she throw my medicine in the garbage. And when i was leaving I checked my bag and noticed the injection box is missing and guess what she just dig in garbage and give back my medicine (from the garbage)!?

And before all this when I prepare myself for the injection, I noticed she just put a chair behind the door and when I ask her, she said there’s no lock for the doors and I refuse to take the injection at the time and check the other rooms and all the same, no locks
only one room and there was a patient there Changing bandages so I I waited for one hour to take the injection even though there were no patient, but I was waiting the room to be empty to take the injection in a room with a lock on its door. I think they should increase their standards and respect patients Respect the patient’s privacy and space

Good doctors, but unfortunately the reception is very unhelpful and make it seem like we are begging for a service. No smiles, no kind words, no nothing… not even trying to understand the situation. This is not my first time with them… I tried giving them a second chance- still same standards. (And now reception knows how to laugh with her colleagues…but not patients.). Needs urgent intervention!

Dr Amal ,Dr Fatma elzahra,and Dr walaa are the best Drs they are so sweet and helpful, the service is amazing and on time no long waiting time .. everything is amazing
