I visited the hosiptal before for my self and i had good experience, the staff and doctor were soo good.( morning staff). I had a worst experience on 14 april 2023, my 6 months old baby was crying as she had constipation for 3 to 4 days and we gave suppository even tho no results and she was crying with pain, the receptionist was male(around 1 or 2 am) i told him the scenario and he didnt even mind talking to me, just ignored me as if i was asking loqn from him, i was standing infront of him like statue, the beside female staff she took over, i asked please u can do the paper works and let us go and see any doctor , as my baby was crying with pain( this is how it works in hospitals as i worked in hospital too),she was like no wait for the paper works . Finally she told go inside room number etc, i went but nobody was there, the receptionist cane and told me to wait now. I left the hospital immediately. The most that angered me was that male staff, his attitude was like i was begging money from him. Am sorry for such long review but i couldn’t help my self. No politeness and respect.

I love the two doctors that attended to me, the Male Gp doctor in room 11 and the female doctor in room 6, and the guy in the triage room. They are so nice and welcoming.they kept me smiling all through and made sure I was attended to. May God bless them. Sorry I forgot to ask their names.

Very unprofessional i called to take appointment with ophthalmologist and the receptionist said he’s available today and he is not available even she didn’t check the system, i am coming with one eye open and she’s laughing, kindly when u hired put professional staff .
