Beware of this business. The Secretary/Desk Clerk Kellie is extremely Rude & Ignorant to say the least. My 25yr old son went there months ago for a teeth cleaning and Kellie called and harassed me that no payment was ever received mind you he’s fully covered under my husband’s insurance although he doesn’t live with us. I tried explaining that to her & asked her why she hadnt contacted my son. She said she had no information on him, but I’m confused as a first time patient you don’t collect any information. On your patients such as home address & telephone number? And insurance information? So I gave her my husband’s insurance information which the insurance did pay the claim..kellie then proceeded to call me & leave me very rude voice-mails stating thwre was still an out of pocket bill. I explained to her my son is grown to please reach out to him not myself. She has still kept calling me while I was at work. Stating well since he’s on your husband’s insurance you’re responsible for the bill. Even when I gave her his phone number she was ignorant, rude & begin yelling at me. Whatever you do stay clear of this business. You’ll be harassed in the end and talk to any kind of way.

My son has made me promise I will never take him to any other dentist! Dr. Murrer and her staff are fantastic. They are very flexible with scheduling and always will make room for an emergency, and everyone is friendly, kind, and totally sympathetic toward those of us with dentist-phobias. Dr. Murrer knows her stuff, and is very straight forward and makes things easy to understand, and is very professional and calm and puts her patients at ease. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone.

Dr. Murrer genuinely cares about her patients and it is evident with how she takes her time to ensure you are comfortable during procedures. I had a tooth extracted and didn’t feel a thing! The process was quick and easy. She also called me the next day to check up on how I was feeling- which took me by surprise and further solidified how much she cares for her patients. I’ll be continuing my dental care with her.
