NEVER GET YOUR BRACES HERE. Worst experience ever, Dr. Omar literally ruined my teeth, I was forced to have them taken off before I was satisfied (he told me either get them off today or go find yourself another doctor) (I only had them for 6 months n the week before he said that to me he wanted to take them off, I let him know that my bottom gap was not even close, he responded “oh that’s a stubborn tooth” n gives me the tightest power chain which closed them the next day. After getting my braces off the following week my bottom gap returned to normal within 3 days (before my retainers were ready). I tried to get new retainers n they made them too big that it fall off my bottom teeth, when I tried to get new retainer (for my bottom teeth) for the 3rd time they would not pick up the phone. I kept calling n finally when they answer (the Asian lady) kept hanging up on me n kept telling me to “get your phone fixed because they’re something wrong with it” (note: she hung up more than 13 times). I repeat THIS IS THE WOREST PLACE TO GET ANYTHING.

I don’t like the service here I don’t recommended you guys. I recently visited my dental for dental care, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the clinic appeared clean and modern, I found the staff to be lacking in respect and professionalism. During my appointment, I encountered instances where I felt ignored and undervalued as a patient. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of communication between the staff, leading to confusion and frustration. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of respect and care I received at my smile clinic I hope they can improve their customer service and patient care in the future.

Front desk firstly ..accommodating friendly and all around helpful through my entire experience , The doctor helped ease my anxiety and walked me through everything. I am someone that has severe anxiety when it comes to dentist due to past trauma. This has been easy , informative and I’ve always felt like I was a priority so huge shout out to the doctor and his team! I would absolutely come back and recommend friends and family. Thank you for making my experience so easy.
