5 STARS! Nothing less than! Dr. Norm is one of the GOATS there, (and there was also another DR there, who did my implant procedure, but when she couldn’t, she asked for specialists help to make sure she can help me pick the best option for me); she took delicate time and understood the procedure of my dental work and never made me feel like I was being rushed. All of the nurses there are sweet and will talk to you, and get to know you! Even check in at the front desk is polite and they always are smiling and making you feel welcome. The office is clean and smells good! The Dentists here blessed and deserve more than thank yous! If the world had more people who took more pride in their work, then people would be more happy and have more confidence! I would recommend them on any day of the week month year and ENCOURAGE THAT You send your kids here! I left with a smile today! Thank you NJ GARDEN STATE DENTAL OFFICE!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS OFFICE. I will never return to this office. The entire staff needs to be trained in showing empathy or at least pretending to be kind, friendly, and understanding including letting patients know if there are any delays, even if it’s a lie. A patient shouldn’t be waiting for an extended period of time without any updates. I can see why a payment is required prior to services being rendered. It’s either that they’re so money-focused, don’t care or both, as long as they get paid first. It’s fine though; they may have charged my credit card; however, I hope my warning helps others.
First time there today. Highlights – very clean, professional, and calm environment. Everyone I encountered from the intake, x-ray tech, hygienist, dental assistant, dentist, cost estimator, and billing was pleasant. This place seems very well run and organized, The dentist had great bedside manner in addressing my concerns, and the dental assistant was very detail-oriented with creating my temporary crown. I just made the appointment a few days ago, and have my follow up and next cleaning dates set.
