Late notice cancellation 2 days before my wedding. Cancelled via text message 30 minutes before my appointment. I was nearly already there!
I understand people get sick, but did your hygienist really call in sick 40 minutes before I was due in?
You would think your early morning appointments would receive a phone call? No you get a text message because they have a long list of people to get through to.
I was of course frustrated and disappointed and was met with rudeness by the receptionist. Little bit more customer service would have gone a long way.
Will not be returning to this practice.
I had an emergency as my filling fell out and my tooth was very sensitive. I called at 8.30am when they say they open. The receptionist that answered was extremely unsympathetic and rude. She said I should have called earlier!!! She said there were no appointments until
June despite it being an emergency. She offered no other help at all. Worst dental practice ever!!! I’ve now had to pay a lot of money to see someone private!!!

Had a very bad toothache spoke to jade who fitted me in quickly. Had my first appointment with Vishy and Macey yesterday. Made me feel at ease straight away, very friendly, thorough, polite and courteous. Reception staff very welcoming and courteous polite and friendly made me feel so comfortable. I’m glad I’ve a joined a very good practice. Keep up the good work girls!!! And thank you once again see you soon!!!
