I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this dentist. In >35 years of visiting dentists this was by far the poorest service I’ve had. I had a filling done. It was done in under 10 minutes. At the end of the appointment I told the dentist it felt very uncomfortable – the edges were very jagged but no effort was made to address my concerns. When I got home I looked at it and was shocked – it was extremely jagged and rough and the colour was not a match to my other teeth. The following morning I called the practise and told them my concerns and how unhappy I was. The staff member was completely apathetic. I cancelled a future visit and the staff member asked no questions nor made suggestions for fixing the filling. The filling then fell out. I would certainly not recommend visiting this practise.

Avoid at all costs. This is the worst practice I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. The original dentist I was assigned to was dreadful with a terrible manner. After jumping through many hoops I was transferred to another dentist within the practice who is much better, however this is tempered somewhat by the most rude and unhelpful practice manager. She speaks to patients as though she is a head mistress. She has no desire to resolve issues, only argue and give convoluted, red tape reasoning about why nothing is possible, making practice issues patient problems. If you want hassle free dental care, go elsewhere!

I have been at this dentist for over 30 years. Until today, it had generally been very good.
I broke a tooth off 2 days ago, and half the root is still embedded in the gum. I thought it was good to get an emergency appointment today, but it was pointless. I was in there no more than 2 minutes and paid PS27 to be told to come back in a month after they have their holiday! The gum is closing over the root, and it is likely to become infected. Pretty dreadful, really. The receptionists are lovely, however.
