I booked an appointment to repair a broken filling and had to wait some 3/4 weeks for an appointment. When I attended my appointment the dentist carried out a check up and told me I needed repair to a filling and to make a further appointment for this work to be carried out. This was despite my telephone booking clearly stating the reason for my appointment.
I reported this to the receptionist who wasn’t remotely interested and was clearly annoyed that I was disrupting her from her mobile phone. I was then offered another appointment for the end of August or September.
It appears to me that there is no communication and I have now been charged for a routine check up that I didn’t need and still left with the broken filling.
This treatment clearly is a long way from being acceptable and I look forward to receiving your response.

We have been using Mydentist for a few years now and have always had a good experience with the dentist Anar and assistance Kayleigh. We called last week and the week before and they where so helpful and understanding explaining everything to my wife and myself. My wife is very nervous but they were so sympathetic. She had a tooth removed and some fillings and Anar made the whole procedure quick and painless. We would also like to say that the reception staff are really very friendly and helpful also. Thank you.
I’ve bern using mydentist for over 10 years and have to say my current dentist, Anar Vyas, is excellent. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist and often feel nervous but she has a friendly manner that calms you and puts you at ease. She explains everything clearly, what treatment options there and what she advises is best for you. I’ve had fillings done without the need for injections which I’d never dream of before, but with her expertise it gets done. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
