Joined this “My Dentist” in February as getting hold of any dentist near home is mission impossible and I’m am so glad I joined this Dentist!

Aurimas is very kind and informative, he referred me for a root canal and wisdom tooth extraction and both were done by June! Although, I had complications with my gum healing from the extraction I made a quick phone call to query about the pain I was having and the reception staff were so kind and understanding, I got an appointment the next day and squeezed in a checkup, 2 x-rays and a prescription for some antibiotics in that very appointment.

If you want an insight to the service, friendliness, banter and honesty (especially with private dentistry prices) I can promise you they are all top teir, I can’t wait to return soon for my crown fitting.

If you’re seeking for a new Dentist I highly suggest this team as they will take best care of you and your dental needs. If I could give more stars I genuinely would.

Despite having made an appointment previously for my son and I to attend I was told this morning on contacting them as I had a broken tooth, that no appointment had been made and I had been deregistered as they could not find a record of me attending. Not only did they deregister me with no communication or notice whatsoever, the fact that I had an existing appointment confirmed by text message whilst at the desk when I made it, they were adamant that no such appointment had been. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told she was away on holiday and would not return for 2 days, and there was no one there who could assist me with my complaint.
Following on from this complaint I was told that when the manager returned from a holiday on Wednesday they would called me it is now Sunday and I have had no response as promised… utterly disgraceful!

I would highly recommend this Dental Surgery. Rang at 8.30am for an emergency appointment and my son was being seen by 9.20am the same morning. The Dentist and particularly the reception staff and the office manager were exceptional. It makes such a welcome change to visit such a professional and friendly place.
