You can tell a lot about how dentists operate from how the receptionist deals with your initial queries. Each time I rang i was treated with respect and i was fully informed about the costs involved with my treatment and at which stages to pay. In my 3 visits (introductory consultation, root canal and a brief follow-up appointment), the staff were friendly and welcoming and the environment was clean and professional.
Meeting Hannah and Sarah made me feel at ease and that i was in safe and experienced hands for the root canal procedure. Having never previously had a filling i was a bit nervous but they answered all of my questions and talked me through what was happening throughout the whole process.
Everything went smoothly and I can chew food like a normal person again, with my natural tooth still in its place, thanks!
Hannah and Sarah D are just amazing. I had an appointment for a broken tooth 2 days before my son’s wedding. I had a huge gap on the side of my mouth and believed it couldn’t be sorted and wouldn’t be smiling on the wedding photos. I was so wrong. Hannah, assisted by Sarah, made an incredible job of filling the tooth, therefore getting rid of the gap.
Every stage of my treatment was explained to me and they made me feel at ease throughout. They both have a good sense of humour, essential when dealing with stressed out patients like I was. They work well as a team.

I saw Hannah and Sarah D this morning. I always love seeing Hannah. As I’ve always been very nervous visiting the dentist over the years, it’s something I’ve never experienced with Hannah as my dentist. She makes me feel relaxed, comfortable, explains everything to me and just make the whole time a much better experience for me. I wish I’d had her for my dentist when I was much younger. Sarah D was with Hannah at my visit today, she was extremely helpful and again made me feel very comfortable and confident being there. I’m happy to visit any time now rather than being terrified like I used to be.
