I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr Gogal for a few fillings, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere.

Dr Sher is an absolute professional, with an impressive knowledge of dentistry and a genuine passion for helping patients. He took the time to explain the procedure in detail, making sure I fully understood what was involved and answering all of my questions with patience and care.

Throughout the procedure, my dentist made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed, which helped to alleviate any anxieties I may have had. Their gentle touch and precise technique ensured that each filling was done to perfection, leaving my teeth feeling healthy and strong.

Overall, I cannot recommend Gogal enough, he and his team truly are dedicated to their craft, and their commitment to patient care is evident in every aspect of their practice. I will certainly be returning for all of my dental needs in the future, and I am grateful to have found such an amazing dental team. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

Had an appointment booked with the hygienist since January, so that’s 7 months ago, had a text this morning saying it’s now been moved to November. Rang up and been told it’s because she’s booked a day off, and there’s no system in place, they just cancel all appointments on that day, and the next appointment isn’t for another 3 months. Was told that’s an ‘early’ appointment because if you tried to book today, you’d be waiting 7 months, when I’ve already been waiting 7 months, and now I’ve still gotta wait an extra 3 months
Receptionists tone changed the minute I questioned it but pretty sure she’d be just as annoyed if the same happened to her, and I wasn’t even given an apology for the inconvenience lol.
Everyone deserves a day off but there should be some kind of system in place to stop appointments that have already been booked for that long, being pushed back even further.
Being expected to be grateful that it’s only been pushed back 3 months instead of 7, when I’ve already waited 7 months, is a bit of a joke.
Do better.

I have been going to see Andrew Moore for over 20 years. My son also see’s him. I live out of the area and I am extremely greatful to still be fortunate enough to see him and to have a dentist. The receptionists are lovely and also very welcoming. Especially one called Nicola who has been there for along time 🙂 Going to the dentist is obviously not anyone’s favourite thing to do, but they have always been friendly and professional with my son and me.
