Absolutely awful staff!!
I registered at this dental clinic many years ago, and the dentist was very good, but the reception staff were absolutely terrible.
When the dentist left the clinic (6 years ago), he told me that I would automatically become a patient of his successor…but that didn’t happen.
A year after the dentist left the surgery, he was eventually replaced by another dentist, and when I tried to make an appointment (I had severe toothache) the receptionist told me that I had to ‘re-register’ with the clinic, and the waiting list was at least 2 years.
She also told me that if I was in pain, then I should phone 911, or go to a hospital.
What?!!
That’s absolutely awful to treat people that way!
I phoned the dental practice ‘MyDentist’, today, (27th February-2023) to ask if I could ‘re-register’ as a patient, and the woman I spoke with was absolutely obnoxious!!
She talked almost nonstop about why I can’t register as a patient, and even though it shows on her computer that I was a patient in the past, I “no longer qualify for treatment”.
When I politely interrupted her incessant monologue, to ask her a question, she replied; “Don’t interrupt me, you’re not letting me finish!”
I told her that she wasn’t allowing me to say anything, and she had been talking nonstop but not explaining anything properly.
Result?
The horrible woman told me;
“You are being rude, and disrespectful of me, and I’m going to end this call”.
She put the phone down!
For what?!
I was never ‘rude’ or impolite during the conversation, but she was definitely rude and impolite!
The staff at ‘MyDentist’ in Stanground, Peterborough, were, and still are, absolutely awful!!

Dr.Aikaterini Varvaropoulou is such an approachable and amiable dentist. She’s professional and knowledgeable yet kind and sincere. She really puts me at ease every time I visit and explains in layman’s terms what the treatment will consist of and how it will be carried out. She tries to give the best price she can and doesn’t try to hard sell. The best dentist I have ever had by far and I’ve seen a few!!. I feel she gives me the same advice and treatment that she would give to her own family. I hope she stays at the practice for many years to come 🙂
Worst customer service awful management acting like gangsters and resist, when you reach for your appointment on time and they let u in 15 or 20 min late its ok no problem but if u come 4 min late they canceling your appointment, and i have canceled my appointment due to some problems and they sent me later that i am not registered there anymore, shame you guys kicking out nhs patients trying to make space for private patients to get more money
