Hi,
For many years now my Son & I been going to ‘My Dentist’ in KingstonRoad,Coventry…

At 1st for many years Rabina did the Dentistry….
Lovely caring person , of whom we got on with very much , and felt relaxed with , too! Looked forward to seeing her each time.
Her Dentistry skills were 2nd to none , too!…

Unfortunately she then was gone! , and Unknown as to where! …
She made me feel happy about coming to Dentist & comfortable with it….
Iv missed her!….We got on very well!
Rabina made us feel at ease!
Thanku to Rabina!!!…

Recently there has been a new Dentist called Amit… very clever at making me feel at ease and not panik etc. Same sense of humour too! Was happy to come for treatment to be done by him! ….
Unfortunately yesterday was his last day !
He is going to do more training in Dentistry but into a diff field or extra field of Dentistry work, as I understand it! ….
But if Iv got this correctly , between going to Uni & avin more studies, he still requires to be able to carry on being a Dentist too!( even if not being able to work a full wk)..,

I am hoping that ‘My Dentist’ in Kingston Rd, Coventry, will allow him to come back to do work there as normal!…& that they & Amit will fit the days in, even if diff every week , between his studies & Uni Course…
His Dentistry skills R 2nd to none along with his sense of humour, it ALL works well!!!…

I would like that the work he started on me , is carried on with Amit, as Amit understands me, & my needs etc . I’d like to remain seeing him after the work is finished too please! …
I went in the Dentist laughing & come out laughing , with Amit, each time I went….

Going to the Dentist was very good experience with him ( & of course Rabina , too, a few years back)…

I’m now feeling very anxious tho cos I feel I need Amit to be able to carry on coming , wenever possible . I need him to finish this job off please, and me not av to wait till sept, for a new person to do it.
My plate is still sore in parts. I was there yesterday on his last day. A bit sad really…
He definately will be missed!
If he is not allowed to carry on there, how will I feel then , I can’t wait till Sept , cos the plate is hurting a bit still etc & I need 1/2 of it reknewing still, too…..

I’m wishing that Managers with Amit will review the situation for ALL our sakes!…

I have been at this practice for over 20 years from the days of Mr Biryanski. A long journey that at times has been difficult with those within the practice sometimes failing to show real understanding and compassion to their patients. Robyna was my dentist for yours and I always found her very pleasant and professional. Sadly of late this wasn’t the case until after a slight emergency I came under the wing of Amit Hindocha and his team. What a breath of fresh air they are in a profession which at times has been much maligned for the difficult work they do. Over the past 2 visits to the practice I have found him to be most understanding and his bed side manner is of the highest order. At last a professional who takes the time out to explain the procedures which at times are difficult and can be painful. At times over the years I have felt that some dentists don’t really care about their patients and the so called bed side manner almost none existent. Thank you Amit, a visit to the dentist doesn’t have to fill anyone with dread. It is something we all have to look forward to with compassion and understanding it can bearable if not enjoyable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. One of the worst dental experiences ever. I can’t remember the name of the dentist I had but he was male and made me feel absolutely awful about the issues I had with my teeth. They were my dentist for a couple of years before switching and didn’t realise I had become normalized to quite a poor service until I moved dentist. 1 particular issue I had with them is that a filling they did on me broke my tooth, I called for a repair appointment they said they didn’t have anything available for months! This is the point I decided to move. I soon realised all the other issues they had once I started comparing the service I got once I switched. Essentially, I was not treated with respect, I was made to feel stressed during my appointments and I was made to feel bad about my teeth and I don’t particularly think they do a very good job. Go at your own risk! You will probably get fillings you don’t need that will eventually break your teeth. What a waste.
