Excellent dentist. Having not been to a dentist since I was a teenager at 43 I had broken and missing teeth horrible gapping I felt ashamed my oral health was so bad. I took the plunge to visit Rushden and there was no shaming, no blaming, just a welcome from all staff on front desk, the nurses and my wonderful dentist Laura with the sole focus on repairing damage and looking at repairing my smile going forward. I’ve just come back from having 5 teeth extracted, no pain, more anaesthesia was offered each time. Very calm happy empathetic staff understanding that we all get nervous and that’s ok. I really wish I’d found this dentist sooner. Also big shout out to the wonderful front desk team who changed my next appointment over email as I’m still too numb to talk. If you’re looking for a friendly, non judgmental dentists I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are also really good with my little boy, so I’m hoping he doesn’t live with the fear of dentists like I have.

As someone who suffers with sensitive teeth I would always dread going to the hygienist for a clean, however I had the pleasure of meeting Sheryl on Saturday (1st June). She was absolutely fantastic and I left the chair feeling like it was the best dental experience I’d ever had. She was attentive and asked if there was anything she should be aware of etc to which I noted the sensitivity, she answered any questions I had and nothing was too much trouble for her. Sheryl was accompanied by Anna, they both did a great job of making me feel relaxed and weren’t too invasive like I’ve experienced in the past. I was very pleasantly surprised not to be in pain after the appointment, I would highly recommend Sheryl as a hygienist and I can’t thank her enough, she’s a credit to this practice.

I had an absolutely first class experience at my hygienist’s session with Sherly and Belle today. Unlike any other dentist’s or hygienist’s session I’d been to before Sheryl talked me through through every step of the procedure she was performing, gave me so much information on what was going on in my mouth, why, and how to best help myself with my oral routine. I’ve never seen a dental professional who really genuinely cares, Sheryl and Belle do, they were so patient, informative and supportive. I felt in the very safest of hands. Thank you both
