I’ve been with this practise for years and until recently been very happy.
Unfortunately that has changed. I’ve been told my NHS dentist has left the practise and now I can’t get an appointment unless I go private!
I didn’t sign up with a particular dentist I signed up with the practise!
I rang for an emergency appointment at new year, had to wait a week for an emergency!! Ended up in hospital and told that it was due to a massive guinfection in my gum/tooth, once i got the dental appointment the dentist scoffed and told me thaat was impossible and then discobvered a massive infection in my tooths root. And then be told me that I couldn’t get the treatment and I’d have to be referred to ‘community dentist’ Well, I’m still waiting!! Terrible service, terrible way to treat patients!
They are probably great if you’re paying for private care but they aren’t interested in NHS patients anymore, despite continuously advertising that they are taking on NHS patients!

My experience of the Practice and whole team is fantastic. The reception team are professional in always do their best to find suitable appointment and provide calls before appointments pro-actively.
I have just been assigned a new dentist Abdullah Barlas who spent the time listening to what I wanted and clearly explaining various options and new procedures. He walked me through the x-rays and again spent the time to explain in layman terms what I was looking at with treatment options.

Prior to my appointment I received a detailed form requesting information about my medical history completed easily and submitted them received a reminder text regarding my appointment date & time. The experience was first class from speaking with the receptionist to having the treatment. All staff were friendly helpful and polite. Thanks for a great service as usual. Keep the good work up.
