The care and empathy all staff provide is excellent. From the moment the receptionist greets patients to treatment from the amazing Alex who is not only exceptionally professional but has such a wonderful personality. Alex with Chelsea alongside him make patients feel so at ease. The team are also fantastic with younger patients, including one of my children who needs SEN support and reassurance. This surgery and team is outstanding
Today was my first visit to take my children to mydentist, and it’s been a long time having lost our previous one during covid.
The experience today was brilliant, and all the staff were very understanding with one of my little ones who’s very full on, and the dentist himself was so calme with both children today, so I know when I take the rest later this week it will all be very smooth.

I am a very nervous patient and haven’t been to Dentist for 20 years, I managed to get in with NHS and had checkup and hygienist, the dentist was very good and made me feel relaxed.
The Hygienist was Amazing and said to let him know if I wanted him to stop at anytime, It was uncomfortable but I felt relaxed especially with his Assistant Leanne .
