I took a family member and paid for a private service and who was checked over and went for an x-ray before being told we have to book another appointment with a “Specialist consultant.” Taking their advice we paid another appointment.

We turned up at 12:15 and awaited to be seen but the consultant Stefan, who was late to see us, we went in at 12:44 (I did check the time once the name was called). After about 30 seconds of looking at their teeth he said the tooth was broken underneath the gum and they will need the tooth removed. I asked a question what I thought to be simple to Stefan stating, how can you identify this within 30 seconds but the other dentist couldn’t after 30 minutes and an x-ray. Which he promptly responded with “Don’t look for a scapegoat”. I was a bit confused so clarified I was just curious to which he said “you’re just looking for a scapegoat”.

After some back and forth we left the room and went to reception to ask for an email to take further action, based on their reactions it seems like a regular occurrence with this Stefan.

I got the email of PM Richard and emailed about this unprofessional behaviour and haven’t heard anything since.

Place is poorly run with unprofessional staff just wanting all your money and to waste your time. Ive been looking at the reviews and there are plenty on stefan doing a great job from accounts with no reviews, following same structures in their reviews, potentially covering up a problematic person?

My experience with My Dentist Dental Surgery was outstanding. I had to undergo a root canal redo, but I was fortunate to have Stefan as my dentist. He took the time to explain the procedure, what to expect, and the chances of success.

During the root canal redo, even though I already knew that Stefan is very skilled, I was still impressed with his expertise. I experienced no pain or discomfort throughout the procedure. Afterward, he explained the aftercare process and made sure I was comfortable before leaving the office.

Although there is still a chance the abscess will come back, as Stefan explained, the procedure seems to be a success, and I have my fingers crossed. Overall, I highly recommend Stefan and his team.

My son appointments was getting cancelled since summer.
Finally we arranged to book an appointment for 31/10/23 which later was cancelled again.
We have been given an appointment 2/11/23 attended our appointment.
The dentist Huma was very rude and aggressive towards my 8 years old child, she said that my son tooth that has a big hole due to all the appointments cancelled by them that she couldn’t do anything and therefore my child has to carry on being in agony until next year when they give us another appointment.
The surgery manager came in a intimidating approach that I have to call the police.

I wouldn’t recommend this surgery to my worse enemy.
