I rarely leave reviews but feel moved to with these guys. I used them a while back and had a great experience with particular kindness towards my sensitivity and insecurity about using the dentist. I then moved away and went to another dentist who treated me poorly and tried to overcharge me.
Julie and Carly gave me such a great experience, treating me with kindness, compassion and ultimately winning my trust that helped me to relax and confront my sensitivities in using a dentist. They promptly examined me, and had time to do the neccessary work there and then, they even waived the charge for the examination.
I will continue to come back here, even though it takes a bit longer to get to since I moved. A great experience all round, fairly priced. Highly recommend.
This is what happened to me today because I was 10 minutes late for my appointment. The receptionist was very unprofessional about this, treating me like I was a naughty schoolgirl who didn’t do her homework and using a sarcastic tone with me.
I understand that patients running late can be very disruptive, but please put a notification on your website or in your text appointment confirmations that this is what will happen if patients are late. I always try to be on time for any kind of appointment but there has been the odd occasion that I’ve run late and I have NEVER been turned away. This is the first time that a business/doctor/dentist has turned me away.
