Terrible customer service…. Once they have your money they are not interested!
Was told I need x2 fillings… one was done okay and one was done quite badly (both by same dentist I may add, the second time she seemed too ill to be bothered so probably shouldn’t have even been at work!) anyway, went back and said I’d had toothache ever since (3+ weeks) and she rubbed some gel on it and told me to use sensodyne toothpaste lol (Which I have for 10+ years) …Obviously an hour later her gel had failed…. Went back and was told I now need to pay for another dentist to have a look as I don’t want the same lady that I’ve been here 3 times because of (angelovska – very rude also) I thought this was totally reasonable request but apparently not….. really disappointed in this dentist and certainly won’t be returning…. take your money and get the work done correctly elsewhere would be my advice
Issue: A lost filling causing pain! – – – Phoned at 11:00 and on hold as No’2 in the queue. At 11:15 Iam up to No’1. After another 30 minutes at 11:45 the phone is answered… (at that point iam not impressed) (Unprofessional) So at last I explain my painfull issue. And iam informed that my dentist is away on holiday until the 6th of September. But if I am prepared to Not go NHS (registered) I can be booked in quickly. (Or I have to take my chances and phone in at 08:00 tomorrow. So in other words pay significantly more PSPSPS due to a holidaying dentist!!! Now based on todays on hold experience iam not optimistic about the phone in at 08:00 option. But I will give it a go. But if dissatisfied with the outcome this matter will be escalated…
I am quite new here and I really like my new dentist Oomi . The aesthetics lady Alex is very thorough and I have trust in .
I like this branch slot more than the Union street one and don’t come upon much hostility here .
I would recommend this branch & the N.Abbott branch with pleasure.
My son comes here too & I noticed his reception was a lil warmer but hey ho there’s time yet to get settled in .
My son adores Oomi he recommended her & I’ve never had a dentist that I wished was my family .she is lovely & very friendly and professional.
Much happier at this branch thank you .
