10 mins late after getting stuck in traffic (broken down lorry) and they refused to see me. So many (historical) issues with my teeth – some loose & I’m in pain due to exposed nerves, along with recurring abcesses. I was desperate to be seen. But no, go away, keep suffering and to add insult to injury throw away a mornings wages that you can ill afford. I’m not an NHS patient because I’m well off, but I’m so tired of being treated (scuse the pun) like I’m a second class person who doesn’t matter because I’m not rolling in cash. If I was a private patient I suspect I would have been seen. Nuff said.
Going to the dentist fills me with anxiety…. But the staff here have been fantastic! The dentist actually spoke to me, rather than at me. She explained everything and gave me time to speak too! The Practice Manager, Aladdin Qatramiz, has been welcoming and informative. The receptionist was also very lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend this practice
Hadn’t been to a dentist in over eight years (ahh I know!) so had a huge mix of anxiety and embarrassment but I can’t recommend {my}Dentist in Egham enough. Heard about them from a close friend who is also very happy with the care there. Thank you so much to Dr Nima Kazempour for the motivation to be more mindful about my dental health going forwards 🙂
