Can’t give enough praise to Dr. Victoria for her amazing work in filling a “crater” on one of my top front teeth that I’d been putting off for YEARS. Aside from it looking a million times better, she was so calming and professional throughout the procedure. Couldn’t help but to give her a hug afterward. When she mentioned upon my arrival that she’d been thinking about fixing my tooth since first seeing it on Friday, I knew I was in the hands of someone extremely dedicated to their craft. Can’t recommend Dr. Victoria enough. Bilal also always does an incredible job on my cleanings 2-3 times a year and the staff is just so friendly and welcoming in general for all the years I’ve been going here. Thanks to everyone at Mystic Pointe Dental for making going to the dentist such a pleasant experience.
This place is great. I had the same dentist for over 30 years and once they had retired I was weary of moving to a new dentist. This was right in my neighbourhood so I moved to them.
I am so lucky. This office, the staff, the hygienists, and the dentists are all so friendly, kind, and excellent at their jobs. It was nice to feel comfortable and easy to have a discussion about needs.
Once I moved, I switched dentists again to someone more local, and the experience did not even come close to Mystic Pointe Dental, so I will now make the short drive over because it’s worth it for the level or care and service I receive.
I had a cleaning done at Mystique Pointe with Bilal. He was friendly, pleasant, and very professional from the moment I walked in and throughout my appointment. He really took the necessary time to do everything right and made me feel comfortable during the whole session. He did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and giving me educational tips and information. Bilal is an excellent dental hygenist, caring, thorough, and has great manners! I highly recommend him and will definitely be back.
