Hannah on reception is polite and professional, very welcoming both on the phone and in person a pleasure to deal with.
Vivek is professional and welcoming. He was very gentle with me and caring throughout my treatment. He put me at ease and stopped to massage my jaw when it cramped during treatment.
His assistant is caring and gentle too .

Doctor Joshua Kim is an amazingly best dentist ever. However, there was a mistake made by the receptionist. I had to pay $154 for a check-up even though I have private health insurance that covers two check-ups a year for free.
About six weeks later, I still hadn’t gotten a refund.
I had to leave HCF because they couldn’t help me, and I don’t think I can go back to this dentist because they also don’t know how to fix what happened to me.
Very sad.
