First time I’ve ever been to the dentist and not paid a fee. Perhaps to do with my medical insurance but there was a gap fee of over $80 which normally you would pay. But as it was my first time there and, so that was waved. Over $400 treatment and I didn’t pay a thing. As I now need more work and the options provided were varied and affordable. I have never had this previously at any dentist. In fact, compared to dentist’s I visited in Townsville there is no comparison on attitude, professionalism and/or price where I had to pay $350 for basic work. In fact that put me off going to the dentist for a while.
In regards to the service itself. Friendly, welcoming, professional all the way and I didn’t feel worried or anxious at any time due to their gentle approach and the assistant was awesome, as waa the dentist but very good at her job. I know when you find a good dental assistant because I’ve visited dentists from many years due to a serious push bike accident when I was a child.
Awesome and affordable service right through. But mostly. I never thought IDs ever say that I’m now worried about returning to a dentist.

I dread going to the dentist – not anymore!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has a professional atmosphere minus the clinical feeling of typical dentists. Ample paid parking directly outside in the street.

Dr Twinkle Amin was on time, very personable and thoroughly explained my X-ray results (which are free of charge) as part of the first appt as a new patient. She was gentle – after the check, it’s the first time a clean hasn’t been painful and uncomfortable. I enjoyed the banter between Dr and Nurse, it was comforting as I was nervous and it helped me relax. They have a Tv screen on the ceiling if you want to not have your eyes closed hahaha.

First time in my life I have left the dentist with no out of pocket expenses! Quotes received for other services such as crown were very reasonable also. Highly recommend.

Have been using National Dental for a couple of years now. Always get Great, PROFESSIONAL and Friendly service.

My dentist is definitely the best dentist I have dealt with over the years. Very busy and no doubt, very much sought after.

Actually a pleasure to visit them (which is saying something for this type of profession).

But in all seriousness, great to deal with and very much appreciate their service and professionalism.
